Resident Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (€4.99) or yearly (€39.99). You can cancel at any time — your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment. Contact support@bridgeai.app to request a refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
